### Gram Bahar: full-stack e-commerce

**Next.js 14** storefront, **Express** APIs, and **Directus** for catalog and structured content. Admins run products, orders, customers, shipping, and payments (including **GST**) from a **Material UI** console; customers browse, pay, and track orders on the public site.

#### Scope I owned

- **Admin:** Catalog, orders, customer support touchpoints, and operational settings without a code deploy for routine merchandising changes.
- **Storefront:** Straightforward shopping paths, checkout, and order visibility—**Tailwind** kept marketing and app layouts consistent.
- **Integrations:** Payment, shipping, and GST aligned with how the business actually operates.
