Gram Bahar: full-stack e-commerce

Next.js 14 storefront, Express APIs, and Directus for catalog and structured content. Admins run products, orders, customers, shipping, and payments (including GST) from a Material UI console; customers browse, pay, and track orders on the public site.

Scope I owned

Admin: Catalog, orders, customer support touchpoints, and operational settings without a code deploy for routine merchandising changes.
Storefront: Straightforward shopping paths, checkout, and order visibility—Tailwind kept marketing and app layouts consistent.
Integrations: Payment, shipping, and GST aligned with how the business actually operates.

About MyShop Reseller

MyShop Reseller is a reselling platform: resellers join, discover deals, and share purchase links with customers. When someone buys through a reseller’s link, the reseller earns commission. The app surfaces orders, earnings, and commission details.

Technical aspects

The web app is built with React.js. The product goal was a Progressive Web App with a mobile-first experience; desktop works, but the provided UI kit was optimized for mobile.

The app is used from multiple countries; a future release is planned to add multiple locales (i18n)—today it runs in English only.

SCLN Legal Network — law firm site | Pritam Ghosh

Engineering notes

SCLN needed a trust-first marketing site for a tax and fiscal law practice: multi-page IA, clear service positioning, and a news / insights area the firm could update without touching React builds. Hugo gave fast static output and predictable hosting; Tailwind implemented the supplied Figma kit with responsive breakpoints across practice areas and regional landing patterns.

AOS (Animate On Scroll) is used lightly so motion supports hierarchy without fighting readability or Core Web Vitals. Content stays in markdown with shared partials for attorneys, office routes, and CTAs—reducing duplicate HTML when the client adds announcements or regulatory updates.
