I'm Pritam Ghosh, a full-stack & AI engineer with 5+ years shipping Next.js, Node/Nest, Go, and GenAI systems—focused on ownership, performance, and maintainability over buzzwords.
I take fuzzy requirements and turn them into production-ready UIs and APIs: clear module boundaries, pragmatic tests, and CI that teams trust.
At Nykaa (Software Engineer II), I work on SuperStore and Disha engineering—shipping a production GenAI chatbot with custom JSON embeddings (no vector DB), an auditable Voice Bot (PyCAT + LangGraph) with multi-layer guardrails and OpenTelemetry tracing, a unified Agent Evaluation Platform to simulate and score chat/voice agents, and a voice-first agent syncing real-time UI screens via WebSockets. I also deliver a hybrid Next.js + Android experience bridging web components with native Android APIs.
Previously at Kaamwork, I helped deliver a Next.js / Nest.js SaaS stack with measurable gains in efficiency and release cadence. At Services & Consulting Force (Italy, remote), I supported a Next.js + Hugo hybrid for 500k+ daily users, SEO, and editorial tooling.
