At Nykaa (Software Engineer II), I worked on SuperStore B2B commerce, Disha, and ETL engineering - shipping 3 production AI services that resolved 75% of customer support issues and reduced support headcount by 60%. I engineered a Go diagnostics dashboard across DynamoDB, MySQL, PostgreSQL, and Redis that cut lookup time from 10 minutes to 30 seconds, owned the production rollout of a bounded-catalog RAG retail assistant with sub-5-second latency, and implemented an auditable voice agent with OpenTelemetry tracing and multi-layer guardrails. I also delivered a hybrid Next.js + Android experience bridging web components with native Android APIs.

Previously at Kaamwork, I engineered horizontally scalable microservice APIs with Node.js/NestJS and Redis for ~300 companies and accelerated release cadence with Jenkins/Docker blue-green deployments. At Services & Consulting Force (remote, Italy), I architected stateless Next.js + Hugo applications for 500K+ daily active users at 99.9% uptime.
